Staff Feedback

After 30+ years in community pharmacy, I made the leap to primary care with this organisation. I am glad I did. I received top-notch system training, was able to shadow colleagues carrying out the same and similar roles, and have plenty of opportunity to ask questions and practice. I feel part of close knit team and I am supported in my role. Colleagues go out of their way to make sure I get all the help and support I need as I learn. I look forward to being in a position to support future new starters in the way I have been supported.

The business takes pride in the service it provides and recognises and values its people. If you haven’t worked in primary care before, it can be daunting with a steep learning curve. However, it is interesting, satisfying and it’s lovely to be part of such a strong team.

------------

I've been with this company since Feb 23, I can honestly say I have never been happier in my career than I am now. I have been given so many opportunities to develop my knowledge and personal skills. The team are all so lovely, we often help each other out and provide support to each other and numerous social events are arranged outside of work for team building. I feel well supported by the management team who are all extremely approachable. One of the most enjoyable parts of my job is getting the opportunity to speak to so many lovely patients and really making a difference in their lives. I would highly recommend working for this company!

------------

I have worked here now for 18months and feel as though I have grown greatly over that time. The training and support have both been brilliant. The management team are friendly and approachable. My induction was very welcoming. I didn’t have a smart card when I started and this was sorted for me very quickly in order for me to work safely. I was made aware of all policies and procedures during my induction period. I am so glad to be a part of the PCS team!

------------

Really good place to work. Really enjoy my job and the people running it and working there. Nothing is too much. Has grown massively in a year, but still feels like a small company.

------------

I moved from community pharmacy to primary care with PCS and I never looked back. Supported me through a big change in role, coached me where it was needed and left to self-learn where needed too. Great environment, lovely team, I got my work-life balance back.

------------

Staff are all lovely and friendly. Really good and supportive team. Workwise, really busy and there’s constantly work to do, but happy environment. Overtime available.

------------

I was recommended this company by a friend and I’m glad I moved here. Hard work, but that’s what its all about! You are park of the PCS team, but also part of the team for the surgery you work in. Really good business model.
